Sign Newt's petition to audit the Fed

Here is the petition.

From Newt.org:
We insist that the body become more honest and transparent with the American public that it serves.

The Fed must no longer be allowed to stonewall and mislead American taxpayers who have the right to know, "Who Got the Money?"
One of the keys of getting a strong dollar back -- not one that loses nearly a quarter of value in a decade -- is stopping the Fed from its inflationary practices.

  1. Newt has come up with the best idea about the Fed. I hope he pursues it very seriously. The Fed is the root cause of all our economic problems.

The Nobel Laureate in economics, Milton Friedman, said this about the central bank: “One unsolved economic problem of the day is how to get rid of the Federal Reserve”.

The Bloomberg news claims in a law suit against the Fed that the Fed spent $12.8 trillion as the bailout money. The GDP during 2008 was $14.2 trillion. The Fed is refusing to acknowledge the validity of the number on the grounds of privacy.

The money is free for the Fed. As we can see it can print money by any amount it wants, at anytime, and without any accountability. If the money is free for the Fed then it should be free for the government also. Thus our debt, deficit are all artificial and created by the fed.

It is just one issue Newt is taking a leadership role on.
